Shipping and payment terms

1. Delivery

1.1. The geographical business area is continental Europe.

1.2. The delivery takes place according to Incoterms 2000 with a freight forwarder of our choosing.

1.3. Goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed / communicated by e-mail or phone.

1.4. As soon as the ordered products have been handed over to the freight forwarder, the company will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

1.5. The delivery dates specified by Maiwei (Europe) AG are only to the best of our knowledge and belief. The company is not liable for losses, damage, costs or expenses in the event of non-delivery in accordance with the specified delivery or shipping data.

1.6. Shipping

1.6.1. The respective shipping costs vary by country and order quantity and are listed on the final invoice.

1.6.2. Unless otherwise stated, the prices do not include VAT or other taxes, duties, surcharges or surcharges that are levied before or after the contract is concluded.

2. Prices and terms of payment

2.1. For deliveries within the EU, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description in the offer, we offer the following payment options:

2.1.1. Prepayment: Payment in advance, goods will be delivered on receipt.

2.1.2. Payment by invoice: You can conveniently pay for your order by invoice and get 30 days more. We reserve the right to require prepayment for first-time customers.
