Cancellation / Goods Return Policy

The customer has the right to rescind on their purchase by notifying the company within 7 (seven) days starting from the ordering date.

To cancel an order, the customer must provide written notification to the company before the end of the seven-day cancellation period. The customer can do this by

  • using the «cancellation form» or
  • making a written declaration that clearly states the customer's decision to cancel the order (info@maiwei-eu.com)

The products may only be returned after providing notification to the company about order cancellation. Please note:

  • return shipping charges are always at the customer’s expense.

Items must be returned to the following address: Maiwei (Europe) AG, Lochstrasse 15, 8268 Salenstein, Switzerland

Returns are strictly at the customer’s risk. The company is not liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged.

After receipt of the customers’ cancellation/return request, Maiwei (Europe) AG will send a RMA-number (Return Merchandize Authorization). This RMA must be mentioned on all return-documents. Returns cannot be accepted without said number.

 

Returns

Goods sold to the customer may only be returned to the company provided that the following conditions have been met:

  • the written consent of the company must have been given prior to any return.
  • the goods must be in new and unused condition, of current type or model and must not have been made or obtained to the customer’s special order.
  • return to the company is to be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

In all cases where goods are returned to the company, it is a condition that they are returned in the original packaging and are shipped strictly at the customer’s risk. If the goods are returned in order for the company to provide a replacement delivery, the new goods shall be delivered in the same manner as the original consignment.

The company may reserve the right to decline returns should the above mentioned conditions not have been met.

If a product was supplied in error or is incomplete without it being an instalment, please call Maiwei (Europe) AG between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or write an email to info@maiwei-eu.com, Monday to Friday. If you are entitled to a replacement, the transportation charges will not be applied.
